Rehab + Legs 27th August 2018

Continuing to work on hip + glute rehab with trigger point and stretching

This morning session started bright and early at 4:40AM and included:

  • Hip Flexor Trigger Point Massage (With Trigger Point Ball)
  • Psoas muscle massage (with trigger point ball)
  • Glute muscle massage (with trigger point ball)
  • Deadlifts 3 x 10 @ 40kg
  • Squats 3 x 10 @ 80kg
  • Leg Press 3 x 10 @ 100kg
  • Back bridge with marching legs 3 x 10 reps on ball
  • Glute Stretching 60 seconds
